- Spread two slices of sourdough bread with a thin layer of cream cheese
- Cover with round cucumber slices
- Tear up a fresh basil leaf and sprinkle over cucumber
- Spread about 1 TBSP of salad dressing (I used ranch) on one slice of the bread
- Enjoy!

Cucumber Sandwiches
I'd never made cucumber sandwiches before, but these were delicious, cheap, and easy to pack for lunch.
