Here's my favorite meal to make before work. Just dump all these ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for about 8 hours!
- Smoked sausage, sliced
- onions
- bell pepper
- 1 jar of pasta sauce, any flavor
- a little water, about 1/3 of the jar
You can try different seasonings or vegetables, but peppers and onions have been the best. The sausage gets very tender and flavorful after 8 hours. You can also cut up the ingredients the night before to have even faster preparation in the morning.
